Canary Island, Ceuta & Melilla:
Delivery: 3/5 days working days.
Cost: Shipment to the Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla requires customs paperwork and parcels may have customs duties and taxes already applied by Chiribita. Cost: Canarias (aprox.) 18€ DUA + 7% IGIC. Ceuta y Melilla (aprox.) 18€ DUA + 7% ropa IPSI
Custom duty will need to be paid by the recipient when it arrives in the destination country

Spain and Portugal: First size exchange is FREE. Second size exchange has a cost of 6,95€
If you would prefer another size, you can request this within 14 days from your order.
To do so, send us an email with size required to pedidos@chiribitaoficial.com and we will make sure you receive the new size as soon as possible. We will let you know the day the courier will go to your designated address to deliver the new size and to pick up the previous one.
Making an exchange in Balearic Island, Canary island, Ceuta and Melilla will incur in extra cost. For more details please email us to pedidos@chiribitaoficial.com
If a first exchange has taken place, a second and further exchanges or return of the item, the shipment will be paid by the customer
LAST CHANCE: For exchanges and returns, we will provide the courier but the cost will be covered by the customer (except if there is faulty item or some error in the order).

INTERNATIONAL

RETURN
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to request a return, the cost will be 6,95 which will be discounted from your refund.
Before sending any item, please contact us by email pedidos@chiribitaoficial.com requesting and stating the reason of your return.
Chiribita does not cover the cost of return (except if there is faulty item or some error in the order), but we do arrange the return with the courier. The delivery cost for return items will be paid by the customer and the cost will be 6,95€ which will be discounted from your refund.
You have 14 natural days from the reception of your parcel to request a return according to Art.71.1 RDL 1/2007
All garments can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. In case an item is returned having being used or not in sellable conditions, we might not accept the return.
Remember, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item
All items can be returned (including SPECIAL PRICES) as long as they are returned within the original cardboard packaging and in perfect conditions (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs)
Packaging must be returned and it must be wrapped in the protector plastic bag. Please enclose inside the package the returned note filled and signed – If packaging is not returned according conditions 8€ will be discounted from your refund
INTERNATIONAL: You have 14 days from the reception of your order to request a return. The client is responsible for sending us the package.

It is not allowed return or exchange of accessories, customised items or with any repair.
GIFT RECEIPT. The value of the returned items will be refunded via a Voucher Receipt

Refund might take up to 14 working days since we receive your return.

Once we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail to inform you about the refund of your order
Remember, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item
For payments made by Paypal, refund might vary a few days
Shipping costs or other costs related to the order will not be refunded.
