Peninsula and Portugal

• Orders over 99€: FREE shipping.

• Orders under 99€: Shipping cost: 5€.

• Delivery time: 2/3 business days (may take longer during sales, Black Friday, or promotions).

Balearic Islands

• Shipping cost: 13€.

• Delivery time: 3/5 business days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

• Delivery time: 3/5 business days.

• The shipments includes additional customs and/or import charges in addition to the order amount and shipping costs applied by CHIRIBITA.

• Canary Islands (approx.): 18€ customs fee + 7% IGIC.

• Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): 18€ customs fee + 7% IPSI clothing.

Customs and import duties

• The customer is responsible for covering customs and import charges at the destination.

• First free size exchange: Once we receive the size exchange request for your order, we will proceed with the return shipment of the exchanged item. To facilitate the exchange process, we will ask you to prepare the package with the incorrect size in its corresponding packaging, as it arrived with the original order. If the package is not prepared accordingly, the delivery cannot be made.


 • We manage the pickup, but transportation costs are covered by the customer, unless it’s our mistake or there’s a defect in      the item (FLAW). The transportation cost is €7.95, paid in advance by the customer for size exchanges.

• If you bought an item on sale or during a promotion and want to exchange it, please note: If the new item has a different price, you can only exchange for a different size (subject to availability), keeping the discounted price. If you want a different item, the additional cost for the current price difference will apply.

Peninsula and Portugal

The deadline for exchanges or returns is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

•  We take care of managing the pickup. The transportation costs for returns in the mainland will be €6.95, deducted from the refund. In the Balearic Islands, the cost is €7.95€. Chiribita is not responsible for return costs, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

•  The item must be returned in its original condition, without any handling (use, washing, ironing, or stains). Otherwise, Chiribita reserves the right not to accept the return.

•  All items must be returned in their corresponding packaging, just as it arrived with the original order. If the original packaging does not meet the requirements, an €8 fee will be deducted.

Before making any return, we recommend that you contact us via email at and explain the reason for the return of the item.

• The customer is responsible for returning the package within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item, according to Article 71.1 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


• We handle the pickup, but the transportation costs are borne by the customer unless it is our error or there is a defect in the garment (TARA). The transportation costs will be 6,95€, which will be deducted when issuing the refund.


• Returns are not accepted, only size exchanges, model exchanges, or a non-expiring voucher to be redeemed on our website.

Items that are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns:

• Accessories, custom-made items, or items with alterations.

• Gift vouchers cannot be returned, but a store voucher will be issued.

IMPORTANT! We do not assume responsibility for any loss during shipping to our facilities. We suggest sending the package via certified mail with proof of receipt to have precise tracking of its location at all times.


Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days (Article 76 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007) from the date of receiving the order at our warehouses, once we have verified that it is in perfect condition.

Please note that the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, except for payments made through PayPal, which may have a varying processing time.

Shipping costs and any other expenses or services related to the order will not be refunded.

CHIRIBITA reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent outside of the specified timeframe, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
